silverghostllc.com is a public information site. It is not used to store, process or transmit Federal Contract Information (FCI) or Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), and its quote form is not authorized for controlled information. The form accepts part numbers, quantities and business contact details only.

Controlled technical data

Silver Ghost does not currently receive or store CUI or export-controlled technical data. When a solicitation requires access to controlled drawings or data, we confirm our eligibility with the contracting officer before quoting.

Please don't send drawings, specifications or other technical data by email or through our quote form. If your requirement involves controlled data, tell us in the quote form and we'll contact you to discuss it first.

Export controls

Parts, documents and technical data we handle may be subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and U.S. sanctions. We review every request against U.S. export rules before quoting. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, we deliver only to destinations in the United States. After delivery, the buyer is responsible for complying with these laws in any later use, export, reexport or transfer.

Independent broker

Silver Ghost is an independent parts broker. We don't manufacture, repair, overhaul, modify or certify the airworthiness of any part. We pass along manufacturer and repair-station documents, such as FAA Form 8130-3 and EASA Form 1, exactly as we receive them, and every quote states which documents come with each part. Our own Certificate of Conformance confirms the part number, quantity, condition and source documents shipped; it is not an airworthiness release.

Supply-chain confidentiality

We don't share government end-customer identities, contract numbers or program information with suppliers. Supplier inquiries contain only part number, quantity, condition and delivery requirements.

Records

We keep contract and traceability records for at least the periods FAR Subpart 4.7 requires, and longer where a contract or export regulation requires it.
