What we collect through this site and our quote requests, why we collect it, and how long we keep it.

1. Who we are
Silver Ghost LLC ("Silver Ghost," "we," "us") is an aviation parts brokerage organized under the laws of Florida and based in St. Petersburg, Florida. This policy explains how we handle information collected through silverghostllc.com (the "Site") and related business communications. Contact us at nadimalkhas@silverghostllc.com.
2. Business-to-business scope
The Site serves commercial, government and institutional buyers of aviation parts. We collect information about individuals only in their professional capacity as representatives of those organizations.
3. Information we collect
Information you provide in the quote request form: your name; company or agency; business email address; phone number, if given; who you're buying for; part numbers or National Stock Numbers (NSNs); quantities; acceptable condition; documents you need; need-by date; AOG status; ship-to country; solicitation or purchase-order number, if given; whether your requirement involves controlled data; and anything you write in the details field.
Business records: correspondence, purchase orders, shipping and billing contacts, end-use and end-user statements, and export-screening records.
Information collected automatically: when you visit the Site, our hosting provider records your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, the referring address and the time of each request in its server logs. We don't use analytics tools.
Information we don't want: please don't send Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), export-controlled technical data, classified information, payment card numbers or sensitive personal information through the Site. If we receive it, we delete it.
4. How we use information
- To respond to requests for quotation, source parts and issue quotes
- To perform orders, arrange shipping, invoice and keep parts traceability records
- To screen transactions against U.S. export-control and sanctions restricted-party lists
- To meet legal, regulatory, contractual and audit obligations
- To protect the Site against fraud, spam and security threats
- To send business communications about your requests and our services. You can opt out of non-transactional email at any time.
5. How we share information
Suppliers. We share part numbers, quantities, condition and delivery requirements with suppliers. We don't give suppliers your name, organization or end-customer identity unless it's needed to complete your order or required by law.
Service providers. We use service providers for website hosting and form processing (Netlify, which screens form submissions for spam using Akismet), business email, accounting and shipping. They receive only the information needed to provide their services.
Legal and government. We disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order or contract, or to protect rights, property or safety, including disclosures to U.S. export-control and law-enforcement authorities.
Business transfers. Information may transfer as part of a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets.
We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Cookies and tracking
The Site doesn't set cookies. It doesn't use analytics, advertising pixels, retargeting, session-replay or keystroke-recording tools.
So that the short opening animation plays only once per visit, the Site keeps a temporary marker in your browser's session storage. It holds no personal information, isn't used for tracking, and is cleared when you close the tab.
Because the Site uses no non-essential cookies or trackers, it doesn't show a cookie banner. If that changes, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent before any non-essential cookie is set.
7. How long we keep information

8. Security
Data sent through the Site travels over encrypted HTTPS connections, and access to our business accounts is limited to authorized personnel. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a security breach affects your personal information, we'll notify you as required by law, including Section 501.171, Florida Statutes.
9. Children and consumer minors
The Site is intended only for business professionals. It isn't directed to children under 13 or to consumers under 18, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If we learn that we have, we'll delete it promptly. Contact us if you believe a minor has sent us information.
10. Your choices and requests
You can ask to see, correct or delete your business contact information by emailing nadimalkhas@silverghostllc.com. We'll respond within 30 days. We may keep records that law, contract or parts traceability requires. You can opt out of marketing email through the unsubscribe link in any message or by contacting us.
11. International visitors
Silver Ghost is based in the United States, and we process and store information in the United States. If you contact us from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and handled in the U.S. under this policy. If you have rights under laws such as the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation, contact us to exercise them.
12. Third-party sites
The Site may link to third-party sites such as SAM.gov. Their own privacy policies govern those sites.
13. Changes to this policy
We'll post any update on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be noted at the top of the page for 30 days.
